- Excessive fears or worries or extreme fear or guilt.
- Extreme mood change of high or low.
- Withdrawal from friends or activities.
- Significant tiredness ,low energy or problems sleeping.
- Sex drive change.
- Excessive anger, hostility or violence.
- Major changes in eating habits.
- Trouble understanding and relating to situations and to people.
- Detachment from reality.
- Inability to cope with daily problems and stress.
- Alcohol and drug abuse.
- Suicidal thinking.

- If you have any sign or SYMPTOMS of mental illness see your primary care,provider or mental health specialist,most mental illness don't improve on their own and if untreated, a mental illness may get worse overtime and cause serious problem.
