HELLO FRIENDS,Today our topic is stomach,today i am share all of you not only SYMPTOMS and treatment of stomach,today i will share with you how to maintain your stomach,because if your stomach is good then your health is good or if your health is good then your mind is too good,if your mind is too good then your relationship is out of the world means all of you understand na what i am trying to say.



so friends stomach is a hollow organ,that hold food while it is being mixed with enzymes,stomach has four part 

CARDIAC-Esophageal opening.

FUNDIC-Temporary storage area,lies slightly above the cardic region

BODY-Centre area of the stomach.

PYLORIC-Control emptying of the stomach into the small intestine.

Cells in the lining of stomach secrete acid certain enzyme that are responsible for breakdown process.

When content of the stomach are sufficiently processed,they are release into small intestine.

SYMPTOMS OF STOMACH PROBLEM

Symptoms may be include

BLOTING

Diarrhoea

GAS


STOMACH  PAIN


STOMACH CRAMPS


MAINTAIN OF STOAMCH PROBLEM

Friends those have stomach problem first of all friends all of you change some life style here i also include myself,like wake up at morning 5 a.m go for morning walk,why i am give this advise because my father also doing same thing since 11 years after he came from his morning walk he drink a 1 litre water,since 6 month ago i started following my father,because he is 65 year old still he is feet and fine,does not have a any stomach problem.

Always avoiding fatty food or eating more slowly.

Avoiding lying down

Ginger-Ginger is a common natural remedy for an upset stomach and indigestion

Avoiding smoking and drinking alclhol.

Avoiding difficult to digest foods.
